How I Work

I work directly with business owners and executives, usually around a specific question, opportunity, or decision.

The work can range from a single discussion to a longer period of strategic work, depending on the situation and what is needed.

I start by understanding the business, the situation, and the objectives. From there, I explore the relevant options, consider different perspectives, and work through the key questions with the decision-maker.

My involvement remains focused on strategy and decision-making. Implementation, operations, and execution remain with the client and their team.
